How to Bake
Thaw product in refrigerator at 4°C in racks covered with retard cover for a minimum of 12 hours and a maximum of 20 hours.
Before baking, use our recommended technique to cut and overlap section of the dough to make a leaf effect. This gives the baked ‘twist’ look. Top with shredded tasty cheese. Preheat oven to 200°C and bake with steam at 180°C for 20 – 25 minutes or until completely baked.
