How to Bake
Before baking our Large Margherita Scroll frozen dough, make sure to thaw and proof it. Thaw the dough in the refrigerator (4°C) with a retard cover for a minimum of 12 hours and a maximum of 20 hours. After thawing, proof the dough till it doubles in size and it is ready for baking! Bake for approximately one hour at room temperature (10°C-15°C).
