How to Bake
To use our Finger Lime Custard Scroll frozen dough, simply thaw the dough in refrigerator (4°C) with retard cover over period of 12 (minimum) – 20 hours (maximum). Remove from refrigerator and proof. Preheat oven to 200°C – 210°C. Bake (without steam) at 180°C – 190°C for 18 – 20 minutes or until completely baked.
