How to Bake
To use our Indulgent Chocolate Scroll frozen dough, simply thaw product in refrigerator at 4°C in racks covered with retard cover for a minimum of 12 hours and a maximum of 20 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and proof. Preheat oven to 200°C – 210°C. Bake (without steam) at 180°C – 190°C for 16 – 18 minutes or until completely baked.
