Suprima is pleased to announce the launch of our new Artisan Multigrain frozen dough as part of the Artisan Frozen Dough range. The introduction of our Artisan range aims to give bakers the opportunity to switch things up and transform your menu to serve a range of different breads to your customers.
As a new addition to our new Artisan range, our multigrain frozen dough is set to transform your bakery menu. The dough is enhanced with locally crafted sourdough culture as well as premium imported ingredients. We take time testing and sourcing our ingredients so that we can deliver to you the highest quality frozen doughs.
A few days prior to production we increase feeding to produce more levain so we can make the beautiful artisan dough our customers love.
This premium dough features a delicious blend of locally grown, Australian (and imported) mixed seeds and grains, including:
– Malted wheat flakes
– Rolled oats
– Rolled barley
– Rolled triticale
– Rolled rye
– Maize grits
– Kibbled soy
– Sunflower seeds.
Our multigrain dough is balanced with flavour, volume, texture, aroma and crust, and can be customised according to your bakery’s preferences.
